Note- All students will be scheduled into an Honors IBMYP core classes (Math, ELA, Science, and Social Studies) using data based rubrics by the school.

Elective Course Registration Information:
All students have the option to take any of the classes below as an elective throughout the semester/ year: Band, Career & Technological Education (CTE), Chorus, Dance, Drama, Health & Physical Education (required), Orchestra, Visual Arts
All IB students are required to take a foreign language each year within the program. Students have the option of French, Latin, or Spanish. Language Acquisition (World Language) is scheduled for each grade as follows:
6th Grade- 1 Semester of French, Latin or Spanish
7th Grade- Year long of French, Latin or Spanish (Part A of the High School Level 1)
8th Grade- Year long of French, Latin or Spanish (Part B of High School Level 1)

August 2021- Randolph will send home information packets with information for the first day of school.
This packet will include information from CMS (including transportation information) as well as information for parents regarding how to check student schedules in Powerschool and details regarding our Open House event prior to the start of school.
August 2021- Back to School Open House- Date TBD, awaiting guidelines from the state and district regarding this opportunity.
For this event, Randolph invites new students to visit our campus, meet their homeroom teacher and walk their class schedule with their family. This provides students with an opportunity to see the building and know where their classes are before the first day.

All IB scholars are required to complete Service as Action activities throughout the school year in order to maintain their seat in the Magnet Program. All information regarding the Service as Action program is available on the RMS Service Website.

Each summer Randolph scholars are to complete a Summer Reading Project. Information regarding the Summer Reading Project will be available in by early April.
