Our tentative high school schedule for the upcoming 2025 - 2026 school year has changed. Returners and incoming students can determine courses they'd like to take that coincide with this new schedule.
High school classes are on a first-come first-serve basis.
English III and IV must be taken in person at Harper either the fall or spring semester.
You can request your 2025 - 2026 high school courses here:
More info on these options will be posted at a later date. Last year, students were allowed to take one high school class online in the summer, but that may not be the same this summer. Summer high school classes do not have any fees. English IV cannot be taken during the summer. It must be taken at Harper during the fall or spring semester.
Registration Information
Summer 2025
WHEN: Registration is currently open for summer 2025 courses (first day of classes is May 21)
HOW: Before you can register, you will need to complete this google form. It may take a few days after submitting this form before you're able to register. You'll register for the courses in your MyCollege account.
ADVISING: Please meet with me for a drop in session or with our CPCC Advisor, Sally Sullivan, for advisory with selecting your summer and/or fall courses. You can schedule an appointment with her here.
$$$: The tuition for summer classes is covered for middle college students, but students are responsible for paying for any fees and books/materials. You will be able to view the fees in the Student Finance section of MyCollege as soon as you are registered for the course, and can pay on there as well. If you cannot pay the fees, you can drop the class before it starts with no penalty. Once the class starts, you will not receive a full refund if you drop or withdraw from the course.
Grades: Grades for summer CPCC classes will be added to your high school transcript and will be weighted the same as they are in the fall and spring semesters.
Grade 13 Students: The tuition would be covered for your classes as long as you are not completing an associates degree in the spring semester and the course starts before our high school graduation date (May 22). If you register for a course that starts after May 22, the tuition will not be covered.
Fall 2025
CPCC Fall Courses:
Registration will open Friday, March 28 at 7:30AM.
You can again meet with me for a drop in session, or, schedule an appointment with our CPCC Advisor, Sally Sullivan, to select your classes. If you choose to meet with Sally, I would recommend meeting with her as soon as possible, as she will be spending more and more time registering new students starting in late April/May. You can schedule an appointment with her here.
If you are currently in an AP class that may meet a prerequisite for a class you want to take in the fall (ex: AP Lang = ENG 111 = prereq for ENG 112, PHI classes, and a few others; AP Calc = MAT 271/272 = prereq for MAT 273, PHY 251), you will not be able to register for the fall class until your AP credit is entered by CPCC. You will receive your AP score report in early July and can send that to me to submit to CPCC to add the credit, and will be able to register then.
For this year's registration, students are able to select Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 CPCC courses. Plan accordingly!
