Greetings! My name is Mrs. Scott-Ross. I am delighted to be your child's Pre-Kindergarten teacher this school year. I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Child and Family Development from Benedict College and a Master of Arts Degree in Human Resource Development from Webster University. This is my twenty-first year teaching and my twelfth year teaching at Governors' Village STEM Academy. My goal this year is to build relationships with my families to promote growth and development in children. I am excited to be your child's Pre-Kindergarten teacher! I look forward to an amazing safe school year of learning and growing.

Meet the Instructional Assistant
Hello Everyone! My name is Aneesah Shareef and I am a Pre-Kindergarten Instructional Assistant Teacher at Governors’ Village Stem Academy. I am so excited to be your teacher this school year. I graduated from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Family and Consumer Science. This will be my 5th year teaching at Governors’ Village STEM Academy as a Pre-kindergarten Instructional Assistant. My goal this year is to strive for 100% progression of all pre-Kindergarten students as well as building a great bond. I am looking forward to an amazing school year. Scholars, I can’t wait to share all the great things that we have in store for you this year.
