Get outside! The weather has been beautiful. Try not to stay cooped up in the house for to long. This will help your body and mind.
Take frequent brain breaks during school work. Do a quick 5-10 minute physical activity to keep your brain fresh.
Drink a lot of water. Try to stay away from sugary drinks like soda and juice.
