OLYMPIC FEEDBACK FORM
Student Media Leaders
Students in 5th grade are encouraged to become a Student Media Leader.
Student Media Leaders help Mrs. Wassell open the media center each day. They are responsible for helping to prepare materials for classes, keeping our media center organized, assisting our volunteers, making deliveries, etc. This leadership role is crucial in helping to make our media center run smoothly.
Student Media Leaders volunteer for one semester.
New to ELE and interested in being a Student Media Leader? See Mrs. Wassell
Students in grades four and five communicate important information about ELE through our daily school news broadcast which reaches all ELE students in their homerooms. WELS begins with the pledge and is followed by a Hawk Happenings news stories, the lunch menu, and the lost item of the day. Students share various announcements on an as needed basis. Students also have behind the scenes responsibilities such as working the camera, managing the cue cards and playing the music. Any interested 4th/5th grade students should discuss the possibility of joining the WELS news crew with their homeroom teacher.
