Mindfulness is the process of paying full attention to the present moment. It could be your inner state such as emotions or thoughts and/or aspects of your environment. Often times we are dividing our attention which leads us to rush and feel stressed or anxious. Practicing mindfulness can help us slow down, be calm and more present.
