Opportunity Pathway

Road to Hire is excited to announce a rare and exclusive opportunity for 30–40 select seniors to participate in the R2H High School Success Team’s in-school programming during the second semester. This "Opportunity Pathway" is specifically designed for students interested in pursuing a 2-year or 4-year degree at a North Carolina Public or R2H Private Partner Institution in a high-demand field.

URGENT: Mandatory Interest Form (Deadline: Thursday, November 20)

Students MUST complete this short interest form immediately to confirm eligibility and reserve their spot for the informational lunch. Space is limited to 40 students.

Who is Eligible? (The Criteria)

This is a competitive pathway requiring commitment. Students must meet the following criteria:

Academic Standing: Unweighted GPA of 2.0 or higher.
Career Interest: Interested in a future career in STEM, Business, or Healthcare.
College Intent: Interested in pursuing a 2-yr or 4-yr degree at an NC Public or R2H Private Partner Institution.
Scheduling: Must be able to fit the class into their schedule for the second semester.
Completion: Must complete all assigned pre-work by the final deadline.
