Early Dismissal:
If your child must leave early, please send an email to let me know. When picking up, please sign your child out in the main office. We will receive a phone call and your child will meet you in the main office. If you need to pick up your child early, it must be before 3:45.
CMS requires you to register/renew your volunteer status every year. CMS Volunteer Link
For school events that take place between 8:40 am-4:40 pm, you will need to bring your ID and check in at the main office.
Also, let me know if you would like to be a chaperone for MTOS (Mountain Trail Outdoor School). Only 5th and 6th-grade parents can chaperone.

Snack
Our lunch is at 1:10. Your child has the option to pack a quick snack for the morning. Please have them pack healthy brain fuel like fruit, vegetables, popcorn, a protein bar, etc. Please don't have them bring junk food.
Lunch
Our lunchtime is from 1:10-1:40. Please encourage your kids to pack a healthy lunch. We will eat outside most days. Have your child bring a beach towel to sit on.
Parents are welcome to join their child for lunch after the first 6 weeks of school. You have to be a registered volunteer. Please sign in at the main office and then join us. Our lunchtime is from 1:10-1:40. Please email to let me know you’re coming.
Birthday Celebrations
Birthday Celebrations are welcome. If you wish to celebrate your child’s birthday in school, please send individually wrapped gluten-free (if possible) treats such as fruit snacks, ice cream cups, cupcakes, etc. to be enjoyed during lunch. Please bring enough for 28 students. We have access to a refrigerator/freezer but space is limited.
