Troubleshooting steps:
Is your app in Launchpad not logging you in?
Update your password for the app in Launchpad
Are you worried about unauthorized access on your account?
Update your launchpad password by following these instructions.
Update your NCedCloud password by following these instructions.
Go to this site and look at the list of devices logged in to your account.
Remove any that are not familiar to you by clicking on the arrow next to them and clicking Sign Out.
Is your Chromebook slow or having issues?
restart your Chromebook (believe me, it can fix a lot!)
Still having issues?
To request a Hotspot, fill out this form.
