My Chromebook isn't working!

Is your app in Launchpad not logging you in?

Update your password for the app in Launchpad

Are you worried about someone else on your account?

• Update your launchpad password by following these instructions. 

• Update your NCedCloud password by following these instructions.

• Go to this site and look at the list of devices logged in to your account.

  • Remove devices clicking on the arrow next to them and clicking Sign Out. You can always log back in to your actual devices.

Is your Chromebook slow or having issues? 

• restart your Chromebook (believe me, it can fix a lot! Hold the power button and choose Shut Down)

• update Chrome

• clear your cache

• free up space on your Chromebook

• clean out your local files

• clean out your Google Drive

• delete old messages in Gmail

• remove extensions in Chrome

Tried everything above and still having issues?

• try a reset & hardware refresh
