Where do I register with the NCAA Eligibility Center? (Formerly know as NCAA Clearing House) - www.eligibilitycenter.org
When should I register with the NCAA Eligibility Center? You should register at the beginning of your sophomore year in high school. You will want to make sure you are on track to graduate on time and meet the NCAA's required initial-eligibility academic standards.

How do I qualify for an NCAA Eligibility Center Fee waiver? If you are eligible for an ACT/SAT waiver, you will qualify for a fee waiver with the NCAA. Please contact Ms. Jurusik if you have any questions.
I need to send my transcript to the NCAA Eligibility Center. What do I need to do? After creating an account with the NCAA Eligibility Center, email Ms. Amy Jurusik (amy.jurusik@cms.k12.nc.us) to request for your transcript be sent.
A college coach is requesting my transcript. Who should I contact? Please complete the Transcript Request Form.
When are transcripts uploaded to the NCAA Eligibility Center? Transcripts are uploaded to the NCAA at the end of JUNIOR year. The NCAA requires the transcript to reflect 6 complete semesters of coursework. If you are in need of a transcript before the end of your Junior year, please contact Ms. Amy Jurusik (amy.jurusik@cms.k12.nc.us).
How and when will my final transcript be sent to the NCAA Eligibility Center? Final transcripts will be sent upon graduation. Transcripts will automatically be sent for all senior students that are registered with the NCAA at that time.
How do I send my ACT/SAT scores to the NCAA Eligibility Center? Official test scores must be sent by the STUDENT. We do not have official score reports. Students can do this by using code "9999” when registering for the ACT/SAT.
