Exam Officer's Information
Important facts
All exams should be ordered two weeks prior to the Cambridge deadline and a screen shot of COMPLETED needs to be sent to the district office. If it is not, an email will be sent to your principal.
Exam officers need to sit down with site coordinators and administration to ensure that all students are accounted for and exams are ordered. If a student is missed by the faculty, the school is responsible for all late fees and test fees.
If a student has missed class time due to illness, behavior, or other issues it is up to the school to determine if the student should test. It is highly unlikely that a student who has missed more than a month will be able to pass the exam, but every student is different and each case is different.
If a student shows up for an exam but was not ordered an exam it is up to the school to decide whether or not to test that student, but please note that the late fee and the cost of the test will be incurred by the school or the student.
If a student wishes to retake the exam in November they will need to pay for the cost of the exam, regardless the situation.
