Training 

Stipend Payment Information:

• Please ensure that all information is inputted in the original spreadsheet that was sent/shared (name/email/employee number) by me under the correct training they are to receive. 

If a teacher feels they are missing their stipend:

• Please do not have your teachers email me about stipends, if their stipend is missing. 

• Ensure that everyone in your school has been paid, and then you need to reach out to me with the name/ names of anyone who is missing. 

Training is a concern. I will be reaching out to you individually about your school's needs. With most schools having a high turnover rate, the cost of training can be expensive. That does not mean that it does not need to happen. Please see below for some clear and concise training procedures:

Overview of training objectives: 

All teachers/grade levels:   "What a Cambridge Classroom Looks Like"    to help them best understand methodologies and philosophies.

IGCSE and AS/A Math teachers   "AS/A Math"    to learn how to teach and grade the Cambridge way.

AS/A teachers  "Content Area"     To understand the syllabus, grading, exam

elementary and middle   "Global Perspectives Project"  to better enable the schools to implement the project and incorporate global goals

Please note that we no longer offer IGCSE training. Due to district curriculum mandates and the fact that these trainings focus on the IGCSE exams that we do not give, we have phased those out. Look at your staff to see who has been trained and who still needs to be trained. If they are teaching in an AS/A course we need to train them as soon as possible.
