The STEAM Lab provides a challenging learning environment in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math. The curriculum combines content from both the NC Science and Math standards for each grade level, as well as the Next Generation of Science Standards. The Lab nurtures and supports students as they actively use their creative thinking to imagine, create, test their theories, reflect, and revise. Throughout this process, the students are encouraged to share their ideas with others in the learning community and create a culture of respect.
