Ada Jenkins is a community resource center located in Davidson, NC. They have been serving the Lake Norman area since 1998. They provide health care services, education services, and human services to community members in need.
IMPORTANT: If you need assistance from The Center, please come in and fill out an application. The social worker cannot respond to requests or provide assistance without an application being first filled out.

Teen Health Connection
Teen Health Connection is a healthcare practice that provides medical and mental healthcare and prevention and health education services for adolescents ages 11 to 22. We are a medical home that offers comprehensive, integrated healthcare services delivered by a multidisciplinary team of adolescent specialists in a safe, family-centered environment. We have provided nearly 170,000 comprehensive healthcare visits since 1992.

NC 2-1-1
Here is some information from the 2-1-1 website. "NC 2-1-1 is an information and referral service provided by the United Way of North Carolina in all 100 NC counties with the support of 53 local United Ways throughout the State. 2-1-1 was designated as a national dialing code for community social services resources by the Federal Communications Commission in 2000. Nationally, the 2-1-1 network reaches over 90% of the population, approximately 270 million people with approximately 16 million documented calls last year. In North Carolina, United Way of North Carolina is the administrator for the three-digit dialing code “2-1-1”. NC 2-1-1 is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week/365 days a year.
