Meet the Director 

Mr. Tice attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro where he received his Bachelor of Music with a concentration in Instrumental Music Education. During his time there, Mr. Tice was an active performer and played with various ensembles such as the University Pep Band, Bassoon Ensemble, Symphonic Band and University Band. Mr. Tice also frequently performed throughout the Greensboro Community as a freelance musician. Back in 2013, Mr. Tice was the recipient of the United States Marine Corp Semper Fidelis Award for Distinguished Musicians. Mr. Tice also helps to build and maintain a healthy relationship between the band programs of Bailey Middle and Hough High by working with their marching band as the Marching/Visual Instructor.
