Enrollment Procedures

Step 1: Complete the CMS New Student Enrollment packet
New Student Enrollment Forms can be found HERE
The following documents are required for enrollment:
Student Enrollment Form
Proof of date of birth and legal name
Proof of Residency
Safe Schools Declaration
Current Immunization Record*
All children entering NC Public Schools for the first time must submit proof of a Health Assessment.*
*These documents are required upon student entry. A "30 calendar day grace period" for submission is granted for students not having required documentation.
Step 2: Contact GiGi Betemit at gladysm.betemit@cms.k12.nc.us to submit your packet, or drop it off at AG during school hours.
Step 3: Once your completed packet has been submitted and processed by Student Placement, you will be contacted by a school counselor to begin course selection.
