I am currently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Master of Business Administration, CMR Institute of Technology, Bengaluru. Total 25 years of teaching experience in the Department of Management Studies. I received my Post Graduate Degree in Management from the University of Bharathiar, Coimbatore. I qualified for NET Exam in the Year 2004 and SLET Exam in the Year 2002 conducted by Bharathiar University under the aegis of UGC for eligibility for Lectureship. I obtained my M.Phil in Management from Alagappa University and MFM from Pondicherry University. I was conferred doctorate degree in the domain of management by Anna University in the Year 2014. I have hands-on experience in SPSS Package 22 Version, AMOS, SAS, JMP, R, STATA, SmartPLS and practical experience in EViews.
USP
I acted as a resource person on the areas of business and management in workshops, conferences and training programmes. I delivered an expert talk on various functional domains of business and management for various management & commerce programmes. I guided faculty members and students for writing research papers on various functional areas of management and business. I received a financial grant of Rs.1,50,000 to organize One-Day AICTE Sponsored National Workshop on “Stress Reducing Techniques for Teachers” on 18th July, 2013 at Prathyusha Engineering College, Chennai. I received a financial grant of Rs. 12,00,000 for the Modernization of BAS LAB sanctioned by AICTE. The Project Title is “Modernization of Business Application Software Lab”. Finally, to my credit, I have presented more than 32 papers and published 48 research papers and review articles in the high impact factor journals indexed in Scopus, ABDC, WOS and UGC Care list.

To impart quality education in consonance with a motto “Learning Promotes Natural Talents” by creating an interactive learning atmosphere in the class room.

Qualified for UGC-NET Examination conducted by UGC during June, 2004.
Qualified for SLET Examination conducted by Bharathiar University during August, 2002.
