The Mindspark club conducted an interactive recruitment event to onboard new members. The goal was to select the 22 best candidates out of all that applied for the different roles at the club. The candidates were divided into teams of 4, each focusing on a specific domain: TECHNICAL team, DESIGN team, CONTENT team and the EVENT MANAGEMENT team. Given the club's priority and core focus on competitive coding the interviews were designed to evaluate coding skills, problem-solving abilities, creativity, and collaboration potential. This structure ensures the inclusion of diverse skill sets while maintaining a strong emphasis on technical expertise. These interviews also helped in providing candidates roles with which their strengths align and their skills are well utilized!
