Registration Process
Step 1: Submit your Research paper abstract and complete initial conference registration
Submit the abstract and complete the initial registration using the Google link below or scan the QR code.

Note: Submit the manuscript abstract in the PDFs only
For another Manuscript Abstract written by the same author, please make another submission
Step 2: Paper undergoes review process
The Technical Committee will conduct an initial screening of the submitted abstract. The review process will take approximately 7 days from the date of submission, after which the outcome will be communicated to the authors.
Step 3: Acceptance notification and registration payment link shared via email
If your paper is accepted, will receive an email at the address provided during the initial submission. The email will include the acceptance confirmation, formal registration details, and the registration fee payment link.
Step 4 : Complete payment to confirm participation and formal registration for ICCS 2026
Authors are required to complete the registration fee payment using the link provided via email to confirm their participation and finalize their registration for ICCS 2026.
Step 5 (Optional): AIP submission link and fee details will be shared
Authors who wish to publish their paper in AIP Conference Proceedings and have indicated their interest during registration will receive a separate email containing the submission link and applicable fee details.
Registration for Delegates/sponsors
Delegates/ Sponsors registration are requested to send an email to iccs2026@cmrit.ac.in with the subject line “Registration for Delegates.” Upon receiving the email, detailed information regarding the registration process will be shared.
Template for Abstract
The abstract of paper should be one page long and may include figures, tables, and references. The title should be in Times New Roman with a font size of 14, and the remaining text should be in Times New Roman with a font size of 12 and 1.5 line spacing.
The corresponding author’s email should be indicated with an asterisk (*). The name of the author presenting the paper must be underlined. The abstract template can be accessed through the following link
