Our structured programs span capacity building, pre-incubation, incubation, and acceleration — each designed to meet founders where they are and take them where they want to go.
Our programs are organized into two tracks that run in parallel: a Capacity Development track that builds the skills and mindsets required to launch a venture, and an Incubation track that supports the venture itself. Founders can enter at any stage that fits their readiness.
Before — or alongside — building a company, founders and future founders benefit from structured preparation. Our capacity development programs are short, intensive, and designed to translate directly into action.
A short-term intensive training program for individuals ready to start their own company with a viable business model. The bootcamp helps participants unleash their potential by:
• Converting ideas into viable products through structured validation
• Performing market studies to understand competitors and identify potential customers
• Managing financial needs and building early runway strategy
• Establishing networking with industrial organizations and ecosystem players
Format: Cohort-based, short-term, action-oriented.
Faculty members from academia receive intensive training on startup and entrepreneurship development — equipping them to guide their students into founder journeys, and, if they choose, to become entrepreneurs themselves. The program covers:
• Curriculum integration of entrepreneurship concepts
• Mentoring frameworks and founder coaching techniques
• Research commercialization and IP-to-product pathways
• Institutional entrepreneurship ecosystem building
Ideal for: Faculty across engineering, management, and allied disciplines.
A peer-based program designed for founders who feel stuck — those facing difficulty moving forward in their business. Structured around cohort learning, the program improves success rates by:
• Diagnosing scaling bottlenecks through peer and mentor review
• Building leadership muscle for hiring, delegation, and culture
• Strengthening strategic thinking and prioritization discipline
• Creating long-term founder peer groups that persist beyond the program
Our core incubation track spans three stages — pre-incubation, incubation, and acceleration — designed to match the maturity of your venture.

For founders with a working prototype and a defined business model, ready to launch a company with a registered address. Incubatees gain full access to CMRIT's infrastructure, technical resources, and support services, along with structured training in:

• Persuasion, pitching, and communication skills
• Go-to-market strategy and early customer acquisition
Who it's for: Founders with prototypes, early revenue, or pilot customers.
A time-bound cohort program for founders seeking concentrated support to scale. Participants receive end-to-end services including:
• Business setup and operational readiness
• Market assistance and channel development
• Refined business plan development
• Investor pitch coaching and demo day access
• Fundraising strategy and investor introductions
• Growth-stage business services
