CMRIT is recognized by the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises as a Host Institute — a trusted node for promoting innovation and supporting MSME ventures at the proof-of-concept stage.
CMRIT is recognized by the Ministry of MSME, Government of India to act as a Host Institute to promote and support untapped creativity and to promote adoption of latest technologies in MSMEs that seek the validation of their ideas at the proof-of-concept level.
CMRIT not only support our students, faculty, alumni and support the professionals from outside CMRIT in expanding their business by supporting them in design, strategy and execution.

1. Apply — Submit your idea and background through our application portal — or reach out directly to discuss fit.
2. Review — Your idea is reviewed against MSME-HI criteria — novelty, technology readiness, and proof-of-concept potential.
3. Onboard — Approved applicants are onboarded into the appropriate program track — with defined milestones and deliverables.
4. Build — Access our Makerspace, mentors, and infrastructure to build and validate your proof of concept.
5. Validate — Test with early users, refine based on feedback, and prepare for the next stage — whether that's incubation, market launch, or fundraising.
