Depending on the quantum of work involved, a student will carry out one, two or three mini projects in a semester.
Team size : 3 members
Total effort for mini projects is 18 man days, i.e., 6 man days/student/semester
Problem statements
–Problem statements may be collected from subject faculty
–Students to register problem statements aligned with theory or lab in that particular semester
–Mini-project coordinator may also provide problem statements from sources such as competitions, Hackathons, etc.
Students may register for the mini-project and guide allocation should be done. For interdisciplinary projects, guide to be allotted from each department that student belongs to.
Mini-projects to be mapped to courses and weightage of marks to be fixed.
In VI semester, students may opt for doing a prototype of project phase 1 or if they are only doing literature review and problem statement, they need to undertake another mini-project.

1. Each student has to complete atleast one entrepreneurship project by end of 5th semester for UG programme and for PG programme within 2nd year [3 rd semester].
2. Students has to get the request letter with detailed project requirements from any of the below agencies.
Central and state government bodies, NGO, Small medium and large scale industries, organizations, and individuals (those who are contributing to society).
3. Maximum 4 members will be allowed per team. Under exceptional cases 6 members will be allowed with prior approval of HoD and RC Convenor.
4. After Successful completion of the project, the student has to get the satisfaction/completion letter from the concerned authority.
5. Project completion is accepted only if both the (Request & Completion) letters are received.
6. Department entrepreneurship project coordinator has to maintain both the letters after successful completion of the project along with the report.
