Final Forms

Please update your student(s) Final Forms. This information is how the staff gets phone numbers, emails, etc. to communicate with families. In order for students to attend field trips, each section needs to be completed. Thank you in advance!

NEW sign in and sign out procedure

As you enter the lobby, the kiosk on the table is our new sign in and sign out system. You will scan your I.D. and then search for your student. Once you find your student, you will select and sign out/in. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR I.D. to sign out your student. The secretaries will automatically be notified that you are here to sign your child in or out. 

**If you need to sign out your child early, it needs to be done before 3:00.

Volunteers

We are excited to welcome volunteers into the building! Parents must have approval by teachers before coming. When volunteers enter, please go to the kiosk on the table and swipe your license. You will have to do this each time you volunteer. If you do not have your license, you will be unable to come into the building as there is not a manual way we can to this. Thank you in advance for all your help!
