Google Search Strategies

When you "google" use these strategies to help you get the best results.

*Use quotation marks to search for an exact phrase (for example "rain forest").

*Use the minus sign to eliminate words (for example, colts - football).

*Be site specific.  Limit your search to a certain type of site(for example, "George Washington" site:edu).  This helps eliminate .coms and other commercial websites.
