Qualifications and Background information for Coach Webb

Team Information

Hello Parents and Future Lady Eagles Track & Field members! I am excited  for an amazing season and your participation with the Lady Eagles Track and Field ! For those that do not know, the Lady Eagles are undeniably the best track program in Clarksville, having won 11/12 of the Montgomery County Championships since it's inception in 2013.

The Lady Eagles Track & Field is the only team at Northeast that has gone to state every year since 2005. We also are proud to say that we have sent to college on scholarship or with the ability to earn an athletic scholarship since 2005 about 19 athletes to compete on the collegiate levels (Austin Peay State University, Belmont University, Louisiana State University, Tennessee State University, University of Mississippi at Ole Miss, Tuskegee University, Missouri State University, Tennessee Tech University, University of Tennessee at Martin, Cumberland University, and Middle Tennessee State University).

On the state level Northeast won the TSSAA State Team Title, back-to-back in 2013 and 2014. The first for any team in Northeast history, male or female, and the only track team in Clarksville! We have won 14 individual state titles: 4x100h, 2x300h, 2x High Jump, 2xLong Jump, 3x Pentathlon, 400m Relay. We have had 4 Runner-Up finishes as well: Pentathlon, 4x200m Relay, 100h, Triple Jump.

Northeast Lady Eagles have produced High School and Collegiate All-Americans! We were honored to have Brittany Kelly named TN Gatorade Track & Field Athlete of the Year in 2013 and 2014 and of the 14 Individual State Titles, she won 8 of them!

We have had numerous Leaf Chronicle Athletes of the Year and Coach Webb has been named Coach of the Year, every year since 2012.

The primary reasons that we are so successful (without a track) is because we believe in DETERMINATION, DEDICATION, DISCIPLINE, and HARD WORK!

Current Conditioning & Tryout Information

Conditioning has started for the girls track & field. It began Sept. 6th, but if they were not able to attend then that is fine. They can still come out. We condition from 2:45-5p.m. Monday-Friday, unless told otherwise.

Conditioning is for prospective student-athletes that are not currently involved in Fall or Winter sports. It is not mandatory to attend.

We will have tryouts November 6-8 and again in February. November tryouts are for those athletes that are not involved in winter sports. The February tryouts are only for those athletes that participate in winter sports and their seasons have come to an end. Spring tryouts will be February 19-21. Once the team is made, then important information will be sent to parents through the GroupMe App.
