Newsletters

One of the best ways to building relationships with parents and students is to keep them informed. A weekly newsletter is a great way to communicate important information to parents about what is going on in school.

Make the process easy by using Google slides. Keep track of previous newsletters for yourself and your students.

1. Create a google slide presentation and name it Newsletter.

2. Change the page layout to 8X10 inches.

3. Create a slide template to use for consistency. (keep it hidden so it never shows on the page)

4. Copy the template slide each week and fill in the necessary information.

5. Move the current newsletter slide to the top.

6. If printing and posting, do not add links, use bit.ly addresses or QR codes.
