Below are some resources to help you take care of yourself. It's important to make a plan that covers 3 main areas:

Create an attitude of gratitude--write down 1 thing each day that was good or you are thankful for
Break tasks up into smaller sections
Create a to-do list-- the first thing on it is "create list" so you have something to mark off
Take breaks--go for a walk, listen to music, etc
Exercise at least 30 minutes a day--take a walk, yoga
Good Sleep Habits--Follow a healthy sleep routine, turn phone on vibrate except for your alarm, turn off all screens which emit blue light (this includes LED lights in your room)
Eat Well--eats fruits and vegetables, low-fat or low-sodium proteins, low-fat dairy and high fiber foods are part of a well-balanced meal plan.
Practice Relaxation Techniques or Mindfulness --deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation
Talk to a trusted adult
Use healthy coping strategies
