WHO CAN ATTEND:
CHS Prom is for Seniors only.
Students will NOT be permitted to attend prom if they have been suspended out of school (OSS) any time in the spring semester.
Students must be passing all classes needed for Graduation and have no more than ONE PLP course. Additionally, students who have repeated class or school day absences are at risk of losing the privilege of attending prom.
GUESTS AND GUEST PASSES:
Seniors are allowed to bring one guest. All guests, including CHS underclassmen, must fill out a guess pass form.
Guest pass forms are available Wednesday, April 14, 2027, and can be picked up in the Spirit Store or on Google Classroom.
Guest pass forms are due back to Mrs. Kim Goins in the Counseling Office no later than Wednesday, April 28, 2027 at 2:25 pm.
REMINDERS:
1. ALL students must show photo identification, such as a driver's license or school ID when arriving.
2. No guest over the age of 20 or student below the 9th grade will be admitted. If your guest is not a student at CHS, you will have to have a guest pass filled out and approved.
3. Each ticket and guest ticket is verified for accuracy. Any forged tickets will result in the student and guest not being able to attend.
4. The CHS student is responsible for informing the guest of all CHS behavior, prom and dress code rules. The guest must abide the rules. The CHS student is responsible for the behavior of their guest.
5. CHS student and guest must be willing to submit to a search for alcohol, drugs, or tobacco products as these are not allowed on the premises.
6. No bags permitted. Any wallet/clutch must be smaller than a half a sheet of paper. Anything larger must be left in your vehicle.
7. Any disruption of this event, such as fighting or willful disobedience to a school official, will result in removal from the event.
