Practice will last about 2 hours and is MANDATORY to walk at graduation.
Immediately after graduation practice, you will get your tickets and must exit the building and grounds unless otherwise authorized by school administrators.

** Dress code/Attendance Check at 3:30pm in the tunnel of the Dunn Center. Names will be pulled for those who have not arrived at 3:30. You will need to transport your cap, gown and cords to the Dunn Center.
** Line up at 3:30 pm -- Graduates ONLY. NO guests in the tunnel.**
Important information about graduation:
- Graduates will receive 10 tickets that will be handed out during graduation practice.
- All guests must have a physical ticket to get into the Dunn Center (babies are the exception).
- If you need handicap accessibility for your guests, please see or email Isaac Ziolkowski to get on the list (isaac.ziolkowski@cmcss.net). Tickets will be exchanged after graduation practice. Due to the limited seating, additional family members will not be allowed to sit in the designated handicapped area.
Dress Code for graduation:
- Ladies are to wear a black skirt or dress pants with a white shirt or a black dress. Shoes must be black with a back strap.
- Gentlemen are to wear black pants, white dress shirt and tie, black shoes with socks.
- NO tennis shoes, flip-flops, leggings or jeans are to be worn. Violation of the dress code will result in not being allowed to participate in the ceremony. If you have any questions, concerns or needs concerning attire, please see/email School Administrators.
- Graduation caps are to be positioned flat on the head. Use hairpins for securing in place. Tassels are to be worn on the right side of the cap. Caps CANNOT have decorations or writing on them.
- NO family or friends are allowed on the gym floor during or after the ceremony. Graduates, CHS staff, and school system personnel involved in the ceremony are allowed on the floor. This is a safety precaution.
- Highest Honors, Honors, Academy and Ready Graduate cords are to be picked up in the Spirit Store. Graduates are responsible for picking up cords and having them for the ceremony.
- Students who have not cleared school debts such as textbooks, library, JROTC, lunch, AP testing and computer fees will have their diploma held and will be unable to participate in the graduation practice and ceremony until the charges have been cleared. Personal checks will not be accepted for school debts.
- Diplomas, report cards, and other school records may be picked up in the front office after graduation. Dates will be announced for when you can get those.
If you need a copy of your transcripts, go to your CLASSLINK, then find "Transcript Request". Fill out the information and click submit.
