SENIOR RECOGNITION
SENIOR RECOGNITION
When: Wednesday, May 5, 2027
Where: CHS Theater
Time: 6:00 pm
Students will recieve a form on March 23 to report all of their scholarships and awards. It is due back April 9. It is IMPORTANT that you fill this out so we can recognize them for all their hard work.

Bring: Your graduation robe and a signed permission form (This will be sent out on ParentSquare.)

Where: CHS GYM
Time: 8:30 am arrival
Practice will last about 2 hours and is MANDATORY to walk at graduation.
Immediately after graduation practice, you will get your tickets and must exit the building and grounds unless otherwise authorized by school administrators.

Time: 8:15 am Arrival and dress code check-in
Time: 9:00 am Ceremony begins
Bring: Cap, gown, and cords. nothing you cannot fit ina pocket - and unless your clothing has pockets, plan to come empty-handed.
Students cannot participate in graduation unless all debts are cleared before May 20, 2027.

TICKETS:
Each graduate recieves 10 tickets, handed out after graduation practice.
All guests must have a physical ticket to get into the Dunn Center (babies are the exception).
Students will not be provided with additional tickets under any circumstance.
Need handicap accessibility for your guests? Please see or email Ms. Lori Graves-Hirsch to get on the list (lori.graves-hirsch@cmcss.net). Due to the limited seating, additional family members will not be allowed to sit in the designated handicapped area.
GUEST GUIDELINES:
Guest will not be allowed on the Dunn Center floor before, during, or after the ceremony.
Enter the Dunn Center through the entrance designated on the front of your admisson ticket.
Doors open one (1) hour prior to the start of the ceremony.
Absolutely no "air horns" or disruptive devices will be tolerated. Any disruptive attendees will be escorted from the building by law enforcement.
DRESS CODE FOR GRADUATION:
- Ladies are to wear a black skirt or dress pants with a white shirt or a black dress. Shoes must be black with a back strap.
- Gentlemen are to wear black pants, white dress shirt and tie, black shoes and black socks.
- NO tennis shoes, flip-flops, leggings or jeans are to be worn. Violation of the dress code will result in not being allowed to participate in the ceremony. If you have any questions, concerns or needs concerning attire, please see/email School Administrators.
- Graduation caps are to be positioned flat on the head. Use hairpins for securing in place. Tassels are to be worn on the right side of the cap. Caps CANNOT have decorations or writing on them.
- Diplomas, report cards, and other school records may be picked up in the front office after graduation. Dates will be announced for when you can get those.

Students MUST request a final transcript by going to National Student Clearinghouse.

DIPLOMA PICK-UPS
DIPLOMA PICK-UPS
Pick up diplomas June 1 - 3, 2027 8:00 am to 2:00 pm in the front office of CHS.
After June 3, diplomas are held at CHS until the school reopens in August.
Diplomas are released to STUDENTS ONLY- parents/guardians cannot pick them up. Students must bring state-issued identification.
