All exhibitor events take place in the Grand Ballroom at the DoubleTree by Hilton Sacramento - Arden Way. The exhibit dates are February 27th & 28th. We hope to host about 500-600 world language elementary, secondary and postsecondary educators from all over California.
AES (American Exposition Services), the CLTA decorator for the 2026 Conference, will be setting up booths on Thursday morning , February 26th. They will also be on-site on Friday if you need to add tables or other equipment.
You and your colleagues should be able to start setting up your booth by 1:00 pm on Thursday. You can also come on Friday morning at 7:00 am to set up your booth. Mónica García, the CLTA Exhibits Chair, will be on hand to answer any questions that you may have.
During the Conference, the Exhibit Hall will be open to participants on Friday, February 27 from 11:00 am – 6:00 pm and Saturday, February 28 from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. The Gala Exhibits Opening is on Friday from 3:00 – 5:00 pm. CLTA has also planned a Coffee Break on Saturday morning.
