How to access support or solve any issues via Spiceworks.
If you have questions or have encountered an issue (bug) with the LIPHA application and require support, please submit a ticket via the user portal.
The LIPHA Help Desk portal will enable you to create new tickets, in addition to reviewing and/or updating your previous tickets. When submitting your ticket, please provide full descriptions of the issue. The more information (e.g., screenshots) provided, the less back and forth required, ultimately resulting in a faster resolution.

The Help Desk can be accessed in the LIPHA platform.
To submit a Help Desk ticket in the LIPHA platform, select the question mark icon in the top right hand corner.
Once the question mark icon has been selected, choose 'Helpdesk'. Follow the instructions that appear on the screen to submit a Help Desk ticket to Spiceworks. Examples can be found below.
