A donation (basket, or item ) to the Silent Auction received by 10/12/19.
The Carnival Committee will provide a 1 table and 2 chairs for each vendor.
Vendor must be set up and ready by 3:45 pm on the day of the Carnival. Set up begins at 3pm on Friday, October 19th. Vendors must not start to clean up until 8:15pm.
There are no electrical outlets available.
Vendors are responsible for set up and clean up of booth space. No cars allowed on the blacktop after 3:15pm.
