Sit in a rocking chair while reading. Sit on an inflatable cushion/thick pad on chair or floor.
Take items to the right rooms for family members. Push feet against a Theraband while sitting in a chair.
Do head, neck & shoulder rolls while seated. Take a stretch break after sitting a long time.
Breathe deeply...in through your nose, out through your mouth! Repeat
