PE Order Form

Alta Sierra PE clothes can be purchased during your PE class the first week of school:  Aug 19- Aug 23. After Aug 23, you can purchase your clothes before school, break, lunch in the Athletic Office- not during your assigned PE class. 

PE clothes: Alta Sierra shirt/shorts (please know your size when purchasing clothes) or Solid Grey and Solid Red shorts. Shorts must be in dress code. NO spandex shorts are allowed. 

**** It is highly recommended to purchase a lock from Alta Sierra. If you lose your combo or have any issues with the lock, we can immediately help you. A key lock or a store bought lock will have to be cut off if there are any issues and a replacement lock will  be at the students cost. *****
