CLASSROOM MUSIC
Every elementary student in grades 1-4 receive 30 minutes of classroom music instruction. Songs and activities are age-appropriate that include music concepts, folk songs, solo and ensemble experiences, improvisation, movement, music-reading readiness, solfege and instrument exploration.
5th and 6th grade students are able to be a part of our elective programs including Choir, Band and Orchestra.
THIRD GRADE - PATRIOTIC PROGRAM
The Fort Washington third grade classrooms share their musical talents each spring through the musical presentation, Celebrate America! Family and friends are welcome to join us for this patriotic celebration!
