Trying Clearing your Cache
If students or families contact you with technology difficulty ask them for the following:
- - Explain the problem and any error messages
  - Ask what type of device they are on: laptop, desktop, Chromebook, tablet, phone
  - Is this device shared with others in the home?
  - If possible, ask them to take a picture or video of the problem

Google Sites/ Teacher Website

Google Sites is a great option for PreK- Grade 1 teachers and any other staff that is unable to use a Google Classroom.

When your website is ready, contact your school's webmaster to add the link to your site on the school website next to your name.
Teachers might consider using a Google Site along with their Google Classroom for additional communication for students & families
