Please take a look at the below resources to assist you. Here are some additional tips:

• Most resources can be accessed through Clever, clever.cusd.com

• Active Directory refers to a students username & password they use to login to a school computer

• Make sure to log out of Clever when done

• Problems? Restart your computer, start from the beginning

• Trying Clearing your Cache

• If you are still having difficulty contact you student's teacher

  • • Explain the problem and any error messages

    • Tell them the type of device you are on: laptop, desktop, Chromebook, tablet, phone

    • Is this device shared with others in the home?

    • If possible, take a picture or video of the problem

For Families that share a Chromebook:

Add a person/user to your Chromebook. You can let other people sign into your Chromebook using their Google Accounts. This option is best for people who will be using your Chromebook regularly, like family members. Here's how:

1. If you're signed in to your Chromebook, sign out.

2. On the bottom, click Add person.

3. Enter the student Google Account email address (school computer username + @cusdstudent.com) and the password the student uses to get into the school computer, then click Next.

4. It might take you to another page that asks for a Username & Password. Use the same Username and Password the student uses to get into a school computer.

5. Follow the steps that appear.

**In the future, every time the student goes to use the Chromebook, they click their name/picture and sign into the computer. They will be able to get into their own Clever and Google Drive/Classroom

**It is extremely important that every user on the Chromebook signs out when they are done.
