***Let’s remember that we should always BE SAFE whenever participating in Physical Activities… And keep your Social Distance of 6 feet if you are out of your home.
Ask these questions BEFORE starting;
LOCATION (Check the room or location that you plan to be active in)
Is it clear of things that might hurt you?
Is it clear of things that you might break?
SUPERVISION (Think about who is responsible for you right now)
Does my parent/guardian know where I am at all times?
Am I bringing anyone else with me to do this activity?
PREPARE (Think about your readiness)
Do you have permission to use the space for your activity?
Is my body ready to do this activity?
Begin with a quick head to toe warm up and stretch
