We are currently unable to take any new SDP enrollment clients until April 1, 2025. Please fill out our intake form to be placed on our waiting list and/or referred to other Independent Facilitators in our network who may be able to take new clients earlier than April.

For ongoing Independent Facilitator and/or Training & Consulting services, please enter your support requirements under Question #9 so we can assess capacity to best support you!
