For students with technical issues (including App store, apps, email and any Mac issue), please ask them to send an email to chshelpdesk@clover.k12.sc.us. Please ask them to include the following information in the email:
Name
Type of issue: Promethean, iPad, MacBook, etc
Description: Please be detailed as possible
A ticket will be created on the student’s behalf and they will be called as soon as possible to get the issue resolved as soon as possible.
They can also visit Alex Love in Room 202 (MacStation) which is right next to the library on the 2nd floor. Should students need to charge, they can also do so in this room. We do NOT lend out chargers to students. The MacStation is open from 7:45 to 3:45 each day and day users may come and go as needed.
Please make sure that students refer to the troubleshooting handbook or MacBook Essential Lesson videos BEFORE contacting the help desk. This will quickly resolve many simple problems for them and greatly help us work through all student issues as quickly as possible.
