To to a Manual Enrollment on a Chromebook:
Open up the box, take out the device and power it on (you might have to connect it to power).
Connect the Chromebook to the internet.
On the login screen (without logging in) select Enterprise Enrollment.
Sign in with your (@yourdomain.co.za) credentials when prompted
Wait for the process, Enterprise Enrollment, is complete.
With ZTE, the device will automatically enroll when powered on fot the first time.
Open up the box, take out the device and power it on. (You may have to connect the device to a power source.)
Follow the prompts to get started and connect the device to the internet. (Any internet network, it does not have to be the school’s internet.)
Wait until the time on the device has been updated to South African time before clicking in 'Next'.
Once they have connected to the internet and accepted the terms and conditions, the enrollment process will start automatically.
Once the device has been enrolled, they will be good to go!

If the process was interrupted or did not complete properly, please take the device to your school's Google Workspace Administrator, they will be able to assist you further.
Where do I see if a device is still in Pre-provisioned state?
On the Admin Console, on the Devices page (Devices > Chrome > Devices) , you can filter by device status.
Select the status: Pre-Provisioned.
All the devices in ZTE state will appear hear.
As soon as zero-touch enrollment is complete, the device becomes Provisioned (and will no longer be visible under the status: Pre-Provisioned.
This is the place to see if all of your school's devices enrolled correctly.
