The deadline for course registration was Wednesday, April 15, 2026. If you didn't submit your registration yet, please talk to your homeroom teacher.
No. Students in grade 11 & 12 are allowed to register for one (1) study period per year. Sometimes, in special circumstances, students in grade 12 are given permission to take a second study period but this involves a discussion with someone from student services/administration and permission from a parent/guardian. However, this can only happen once the school year has started.
Because a study period doesn't count as a credit, myBlueprint will say that you don't have the required alternate courses when you try to submit. If you choose a study as one of your alternate credits, simply comment "Study as alternate" in the comment box when you submit. Once you enter the comment, myBlueprint will allow you to submit the registration.
If you are registering as a grade 12 student and you only need to take courses in first semester to graduate, please do the following:
choose the four (4) courses that you need to fulfill graduation requirements
choose two (2) alternate courses
click review courses; myBlueprint will tell you that you have an error
in the comment box, explain that you only need courses in first semester to graduate
submit your registration
If you are registering as a grade 12 student and you only need to take two (2) courses during first semester to graduate, please do the following:
choose the two(2) courses that you need to fulfill graduation requirements
choose two (2) alternate courses
click review courses; myBlueprint will tell you that you have an error
in the comment box, explain that you only need two (2) courses in first semester to graduate
submit your registration
If you are registering as a grade 12 student and you only need to take six (6) courses to graduate and you would like to do four (4) in first semester and two (2) in second semester, please do the following:
choose the six (6) courses that you need to fulfill graduation requirements
choose two (2) alternate courses
click review courses; myBlueprint will tell you that you have an error
in the comment box, explain that you only need four (4) courses in first semester and two (2) courses in second semester to graduate
submit your registration
Resource classes are available for students whose learning profile indicates needs that can't be adequately addressed through traditional classes. They may have a diagnosed learning disability and/or may have needed resource support in intermediate school. Students must be referred/recommended by the school student services team, the students’ teachers, and school administrators.
No. PED401A & PED401F are the same credit, they are just offered in different formats. You can't put both of them in your registration, even if one of them is as an alternate.
No. You can use a paper copy of the registration form to help organize your choices before entering them into myBlueprint. After registration is complete, homeroom teachers will review the course sign off sheet and then ask you to verify your choices by signing the sheet. This form will then be submitted to the office.
Yes! Students who are interested in taking Coop (CWS502A/CWS602A), Transitions (TRA602X), Peer Helping (PHP501A/PHP601A) or the introductory trades programs (AAR802X, AUT701A/801A, CAR701A/801A, WEL701A/801A) must complete a separate application form.
If, when you have selected all of your courses in myBlueprint, it says that you have an error when you try to submit, first, check to make sure that you haven't missed something. If the error is because of something that is different from the normal process, you will need to add a comment to explain the issue before you submit.
myBlueprint defaults to core course choices for grades 10 and 11 because most students take those courses during that grade. However, if you wanted to take a different course for any reason (e.g., you took 2 social studies in grade 10 so you don't need/want to take another one in grade 11), you can still select other courses. When you click on the space to select a course, you will see a drop down menu for "grade" and one for the subject type. Click on the menu for the subject type and select "Discipline". This will open it up to all courses.
