The Classroom

•  Please make sure students have their own spoons and forks packed for their lunch.

If you child is bringing party invitations to school, they must be given to me first thing in the morning and I will distribute them.

Please check with me before sending in any class treats.  Treats must be nut free and gelatin free.  Labels must be read carefully.  

• There are no microwaves in my classroom.

• Students need a snack and a lunch.

• Remember to send a water bottle with your child each day.

•  Home practice is meant to be extra practice for home.  It usually includes reading and Fundations practice.

• The home practice bag will be sent home at the first of each week.  It needs to be returned each day because we use the books in class daily.

• There will be no home practice  sent home on the weekend.

•  Each student will have their own  3-drawer cart.  This is where they will keep all of the books and tools they use during the week.

• Students will take their water bottles into the classroom each day.  They sit by their desk for easy access.
