Movement Activities
ü Do each of these activities 10 times. Make sure to take your time and be careful not to hurt yourself! Jumping jacks, squats, touch toes, reach for the sky, pushups, sit ups, star jumps, lunge L, lunge R (make sure those toes are pointing forward), sit with calm breath.
ü Hold a plank for longer than you think you can. Make sure you bum is not sticking up in the air! Your body should be one strong, long board. Keeeep hooooolding!! You can do it!
ü Put on your favourite song and dance for the WHOLE song!
ü Put on your favourite song and run in place for the WHOLE song! Try going super speed, now trying slowing it down to a jog. Get those knees up high! Keep your back straight and your belly tucked in.
ü Get outside and be FREE!!
