Program
In Memory of Peter Houston; a member of the Colonel Gray Men’s Basketball Program from 1992 to 1995.This special award is given annually to a Gray Cup player who best demonstrates leadership through hard work and sportsmanship. Peter was a terrific example of the combination of talent, work ethic, will to win, and teammate that every coach hopes to see in his or her players. Peter was also the type of son every parent wishes for. Colonel Gray High School and the Gray Cup are honored to have a continued relationship with Peter’s family through this annual award. For the past winners listed here, the Gray Cup tournament has provided a venue for these basketball players to showcase how sport has helped them to be the best they can be. Peter would be proud of all of you.
