Accessories Fee
All students who participate in any of the performance courses or ensembles at Bluefield will be charged a small fee of $25.00 to purchase consumable accessories like reeds, oils, etc.
The BHS Music Supply fee is due by September 30th and payable directly to Mrs. MacLaine.
Instrument Usage
Students are loaned a PSB instrument to use while participating in Bluefield's music program. It is important that students maintain the instrument so that it remains in excellent working condition. Proper handling and regular cleaning/oiling are essential. The student is responsible for all costs associated with damage to the instrument due to negligence and accidents.
Also, all instruments come with a quality mouthpiece. If a mouthpiece is broken, the student will be expected to pay the full cost to replace the mouthpiece.

Please note: students are not to lend their school-issued instrument to anyone. If a student forgets their instrument for class or rehearsal, they are not permitted to use someone else’s instrument from the shelf.
