Week of Nov. 17
Here's a look at our week:
Fundations: Unit 4 - Suffixes -s, -es, -ed, -ing, -er, -est.
Trick words: again, please, animal, sure, use, used
Math: continued review on respresenting numbers with base 10s and plus and minus 10. Counting by 5s and 2s.
Addition strategy: review partners for 10, and learn + 10 and +9.
We may start adding a sprinkle of winter and Christmas themes into our reading and writing this week. The students were excited to see the snow falling today!
Parent Teacher Interviews: I look forward to talking with you this week about your child's progress this term. There are no classes on Friday due to interviews.
National Jersey Day (Jersey Day @ GSP) - Wednesday, November 19. Students and staff are invited to wear their favourite jersey on this national day to show your love of sport!
