On-site support
Our Rates
We would be glad to discuss your needs as part of pricing out our services. We normally charge $99 per hour for on-site support, plus a $45 trip charge to come to your location. Remote support rates are lower.
If we purchase equipment on your behalf, we ask you to reimburse our actual cost for the equipment plus 20% for managing the purchase.
