Quick Chromebook Fixes
Dark Screen Fixes
1.Try turning it off and making sure it has a full charge. (charge it while it is off, not on.)
2.Press the key on the top row (5th from the right) that looks like a big sun to see if the screen will lighten.
3.If that does not work, press and hold the button that looks like a circle arrow (4th from the left - refresh button) and power the device off by tapping the power button 5-7 times (while holding the circle arrow). Then wait for it to power back on.
Device Won't Charge
Be sure the charger is fully plugged in to the computer and the wall.
Make sure your outlet power is on.
Try the charger port on each side of your device. (Your chromebook has a charger port on the left and the right.)
Stuck Zipper on case
Unzip it and rub the waxy side of baking wax paper along the teeth on both sides.
Then zip and unzip a few times. Video
