Cancellation & No-Show Policy - Clinical Touch Podiatry
Effective Date: 28 November 2025
At Clinical Touch Podiatry, we value the time of our patients and practitioners. When an appointment is cancelled without sufficient notice, it prevents us from offering that time slot to another patient who may be in urgent need of care.
1. Required Notice
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or request to reschedule an appointment for any podiatry or reflexology service.
2. Fees for Late Cancellation or Rescheduling
Fee Structure: If you provide more than 48 hours' notice, there will be No Charge. However, if you provide LESS THAN 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, 100% of the service fee will be payable. For a No-Show (failure to attend your appointment without any prior notice), the full fee of 100% of the scheduled service fee will be charged, and we have the right to refuse future bookings.
For example: A standard one-hour appointment, such as a Nail Care + Scalpel work or a Biomechanical Assessment, costs £40 (as per the Price Structure). If you cancel or reschedule with more than 48 hrs notice, no fee is payable. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, the £40 fee is payable. If you do not attend and do not contact us, a £40 fee is payable.
3. How to Cancel or Reschedule
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting the clinic directly via:
Phone: 07415 772178
Email: customerservice@clinicaltouchpodiatry.com
If you cancel via voicemail, email or text message, the time and date stamp of your message will be used to determine the notice period.
4. Payment of Fees
Any cancellation or no-show fee must be settled before you are permitted to book or attend any future appointments at Clinical Touch Podiatry.
We reserve the right to respectfully decline future appointments to patients who fail to attend or adhere to this cancellation policy.
5. Exceptions (Discretionary)
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances occur. Fees may be waived at the discretion of the Clinic Owner (Mark Wolstenholme) in cases of genuine emergency. We ask that you contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
